Skills Alliance is working in close partnership with an Oleochemical manufacturer, searching for a Technical Sales Manager. The candidate will lead sales & technical management across Europe, focusing on their bio-based Personal Care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead key account management, sales development & new market penetration across the European Cosmetics market
- Leverage technologies to enhance account diversification
- Ideate & execute technical marketing strategy
- Indirectly manage R&D to provide application innovation, technical service & product recommendations
- Identify market trends and portfolio gaps to drive new product development & subsequent commercialisation
- Generate a platform for hiring & growing a techno-commercial team across Europe
- Re-position portfolio to increase visibility and usage of bio-based and up-cycled raw materials
Requirements:

- 10+ years’ technical & commercial experience in Cosmetic Ingredients or Cosmetic Oleochemicals industries
- Remotely based in France, Spain, Italy or Germany
- Minimum Masters Education in related field
- 2+ years’ formulation experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to travel 30%-40%
- Fluency in English plus French, Spanish, Italian or German in addition

Compensation:
- €90,000 - €120,000 + 20%-30% Bonus + Company Car
