We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and expand our market presence across Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts within the region. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the territory.​

Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.​

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.​

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.​

Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and report on key performance metrics.​

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.​

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.​

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a territory management role.​

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.​

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.​

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.​
