The Role
As Brand Manager, you’ll serve as a key owner of the brand across all digital and physical touchpoints - ensuring consistency, compliance, and impact. You’ll monitor brand presence online, support sales enablement, contribute to marketing campaigns, and engage directly with industry professionals and patient communities to uphold the brand’s voice and reputation. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor brand visibility and integrity across websites, forums, review platforms, and social media.
- Manage digital brand protection tools; respond to user-generated content and ensure compliant messaging.
- Support creation of sales and marketing assets including training guides, brochures, digital content, and congress materials.
- Act as brand liaison with Sales, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
- Maintain the Brand Toolkit (logos, fonts, claims matrix, clinical visuals) and audit all materials for compliance.
- Build internal enablement tools to help sales teams position products effectively and competitively.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in product marketing, brand coordination, or marcom within aesthetics, medical devices, beauty, or a regulated consumer health category.
- Exceptional attention to detail, visual consistency, and tone.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, regulatory, clinical, and creative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (trade shows, photo shoots, events).
