The Role:
This is a hunter-style role best suited for a sales athlete—someone with a track record of blowing past quotas, negotiating complex deals, and selling capital equipment north of $70,000/unit. You'll spearhead territory development in New York, selling a cutting-edge energy-based system into aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgery practices—though other specialty networks will also be valued.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of proven success in capital medical device sales
- Experience closing $70K+ equipment deals, with a strong negotiation backbone
- Consistent overachievement: Presidents Club, 120%+ quota performance, leaderboard rankings
- Strong clinical selling skills and comfort selling to physician decision-makers
- Ideally, contacts in aesthetics: dermatology, plastics, or private-pay procedure providers
- Self-starter who thrives in a build-it-from-scratch environment
- Strong territory knowledge in New York
