A global leader in regenerative medicine is expanding its direct presence in the UK and is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across the South of England. The company offers cutting-edge injectable technologies for both orthopedic applications - such as osteoarthritis and sports injuries - and anti-aging skin rejuvenation treatments for wrinkle reduction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development across private clinics, hospitals, and specialist medical practices.
- Utilise your existing network in pain management, MSK, rehabilitation, interventional radiology, or aesthetic medicine (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, cosmetic clinics) to quickly build market presence.
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan targeting both aesthetic and orthobiologic channels.
- Engage and support KOLs and early adopters through clinical training, demonstrations, and product education.
- Provide strategic and consultative sales across regenerative procedures, helping clinicians integrate the product range into their offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams across marketing, medical affairs, and operations to ensure excellent customer experience and support.
- Deliver accurate reporting on pipeline activity, market trends, and competitor intelligence.
About You
- Proven track record in medical sales, ideally within injectables, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, or orthobiologics.
- Strong existing relationships with aesthetic professionals, rehab specialists, MSK physicians, or interventional radiologists.
- Confident self-starter who can hit the ground running and accelerate commercial activity.
- Skilled in both clinical education and consultative solution selling.
- High level of autonomy, business acumen, and passion for innovative science.
- UK driving license and flexibility to travel extensively across the southern UK.
